Detecting potential before it becomes obvious.

We recruit Bachelor, Master 1 and Master 2 students from business, management, engineering, economics, finance and law programmes. Our standard: revealing concrete, ambitious profiles with next-gen leadership — those classic processes fail to see.

    Next-gen sourcing

    Structured presence in Belgian universities, business schools, student associations, and recommendations from KORSA ambassadors.

    In-depth interview

    Analysis of trajectory, ambitions, behaviours and working style. Deep motivations, emotional intelligence, professional communication.

We support each talent over time through a programme of individual interviews, a development plan and a career plan co-built together. Our commitment goes beyond placement: we secure the launch of the career and we stay present in the long run.

Our support commitment

KORSA coaching does not stop at the signature. Our consultants stay in regular contact with each placed talent, build their professional trajectory with them and remain the company's reference point throughout the integration phase. We move from provider to lasting HR partner.

We make our talents available to companies according to their needs. No CVs sent blindly: each presented talent has been met, assessed, coached. Our rule: maximum two profiles per assignment, hand-picked.
